Wivia

Brooklyn seems to think she is big enough to lift Alivia up and put her in places.  Poor Alivia.  This is one of those places.

When Alivia wakes up the girls race to her room to hop in.  Luckily, Alivia wakes up happy and wants to see people.  Actually, she really doesn't have a choice.

Brooklyn LOVES to learn. 

Again, Brooklyn just loves to help with Alivia. I love the help too.

Last night Brooklyn set Alivia up against the chair and Alivia moved forward and was just standing there.  She stood there all by her little self for a good 10 seconds.  We were shocked!  I raced for the camera and these are the shots we got.  She is also starting to get on all fours like she is going to crawl.  She scoots around a lot and rotates, but no crawling yet.  She is growing up so fast! 

Wivia, as Kenzie so fondly calls her, is such a joy in our lives.  She is so observant and aware of her surroundings.  When someone is crying she will cry and make sure we know someone is sad.  Alivia is also an excellent baby.  She is so even mannered and is just happy to be there.  She takes 2 good 2-3 hour naps and goes to bed around 7:30 and sleeps through the night until 9 or so.    She is a great little eater.  Her favorites are sweet potatoes, bananas, squash, and cheerios.  She loves ice cream too.  We just love this little girl so much and feel so blessed to have her in our family.
